Bruce Fischer
left MIT in 1996 to start medical school in New York, and in 2000 he
moved to San Francisco to begin residency training in pediatrics. His
most important accomplishment while there was meeting the wonderful and
lovely Sara Goldblatt in September 2001. They were married in February
2004 in London. In June, they moved to Philadelphia, where Bruce will
be starting a fellowship in pediatric hematology and oncology (that's
children's blood diseases and cancer to the non-medical speakers).

of Scotland 1999 to 2005. He is currently an associate professor in the
