RBS Interview

hey guys,

I have a phone interview with RBS , London (Strategy & Research) with a senior quant analyst. The HR has said that it will be competency based.
Does anyone have any exerience interviewing with RBS recently. I feel that it might be a quant interview. Isn't the competency interview usually done
by HR. Please correct me if I am wrong. Do i need to be prepared for these competency questions . I am a recent MS Quant Fin. grad.

RBS HR was very into competencies. It wasn't so clear that anyone else was...

Strategy and research sounds more like portfolio theory and equity analysis than
derivatives pricing.
