More Mathematical Finance

This book is currently being written. It is the sequel to the Concepts and Practice of Mathematical Finance. The plan is cover topics which should have made it into the first book but did not, as well as various topics in mathematical finance which I think are neat or less well-known than they should be.

I am planning to distribute initially via www.lulu.com. This is a revolutionary approach to publishing which cuts out many of the middlemen leading to a faster publication times and a better deal for both author and reader.
